Planning Commission
The Planning Commission meets at 5:30 pm on the second Tuesday of the month at City Hall.
The primary mission of the Planning Commission is to recommend the formulation and to implement a master plan for the development of the community and to conduct municipal planning activities. These activities will guide the future development of the municipality through the preparation, adoption and amendments of the Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Code.
The Commission also has a responsibility for study and recommendation to the City Council concerning various land use applications like subdivisions, conditional use permits, interim use permits and variances.
