Motion Grothe, second Borgschatz to adopt the agenda as amended.  Carried 4‑0‑0.


Motion Benson, second Grothe to approve the April 1 regular meeting minutes.  Carried 4-0-0.


Motion Wilkinson, second Borgschatz to approve the accounts payable of $62,866.75.  Carried 4‑0‑0.


Motion Borgschatz, second Benson to install two hour parking signs on Main Street, between 1st Street and 5th Street.  Carried 4-0-0.


Motion Grothe, second Benson to accept the Planning Commission’s recommendation related to the John Buckingham/Mary Nichols re-zone and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request at 108 E 13th St and deny said requests with the following findings:  a) a re-zone would not be an extension of an existing zone, but rather, a spot zone, b) the original zoning for the parcel was not incorrect; c) the character of the neighborhood hasn’t changed to justify approval of R3 zoning, and d) approval of the re-zone would set a bad precedent.  Carried 4-0-0.


Motion Benson, second Borgschatz to accept the repair quote from Bergerson-Caswell to complete work on Well #3 at a cost of $15,530.  Carried 4-0-0.


Acting Mayor Wilkinson adjourned the meeting at 6:26 p.m.
