Community Development

 

The Community Development Department coordinates the economic development, planning and zoning activities within the City.  The department's goal is the proper, orderly and efficient growth of all sectors of the City, commercial, industrial, residential etc.  The efforts are guided by the City's Comprehensive Strategic Plan, Future Land Use Plan and Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance.  These documents can be referenced below.
