Community Development

 

The Community Development Department promotes and coordinates the development and expansion of economic activity including, but not limited to, industry, commerce, housing and tourism, while maintaining a high quality of life for Zumbrota area residents.  The Community Development department reviews all business subsidy applications and economic development related public investments and makes recommendations to the City Council and EDA board.  The EDA oversees a local revolving loan fund for the benefit of the business community.
