Finance
The Finance department provides financial services to the City Council, City Administrator, and various city departments. The department manages day-to-day financial transactions including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, utility billing, investments and risk management. The department also coordinates and implements the City's annual budget and the five-year Capital Improvement Program.
