Development Success Stories

To encourage and accommodate industrial expansion in Zumbrota, the City of Zumbrota purchased and developed the 20 acre Highway 52 Southwest Business Park.  Two startup companies soon constructed facilities in the park; Midwest Fabrication & Supply and WaterFilters.Net (dba Commercial Water Distributors).  Both worked closely with EDA staff and were awarded Job Opportunity Zone (JOBZ) business subsidies.  We're proud of our ability to accommodate the needs of new and growing businesses.
