9/18/2024 Construction Update for Mill & 6th Street

Upcoming schedule:

 

Work on 6th Street

• Sanitary sewer and watermain will be installed between Lincoln Avenue and Jefferson Drive.

• The road will be graded and rocked from Warren Avenue to Jefferson Drive.
• Concrete curb & gutter and concrete driveways are scheduled to start the week of October 7th. Residents will be unable to use their driveways for 7 days after driveway concrete is poured and should plan accordingly.

 

Work on Mill Street

• Care for the new sod will be the homeowners responsibility after a 30 day maintenance period from the time of placement. Tips to care for new sod are posed on the City Website.
