August 2024 Referendum Vote
August 2024 Finalize Design - City Council Approval
November 2024 Submit plans to Minnesota Department of Health
December 2024 Project out to Bid
January 2025 Open Bids
February 2025 Award Project Contracts
March 2025 Complete Capital Campaign
April 2025 Begin Construction (13 month construction window for contractors)
May 2026 Substantial Completion of Project
June 2026 Public Grand Opening of New Aquatic Facility
November 2026 Final Completion
