2026 Street Improvements, Pleasant Avenue Loop - 5/7/2026 Update
Alcon Excavating Inc. of Rochester, MN was awarded the project. Alcon plans to start the project middle to later summer. Future updates will detail anticipated project schedules and project phasing.
Minnesota Energy Resources will be installing new gas lines in the project area. This work is expected to begin the week of May 18th
