NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS

FOR THE SWIMMING POOL PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of the City of Zumbrota, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at a meeting of the Council beginning at 6:00 p.m., C.T., on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to be held in the Council Chambers located at 175 West Avenue, Zumbrota, Minnesota, to have the City abate all of the property taxes to be levied by the City on tax parcel number 727000520. The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City will not exceed $1,400,000.

All interested persons may appear at the April 8, 2026, public hearing and present their views orally or in writing.
